Code Plus Peak Performance Maintenance Plans

Our standard and premium programs offer maintenance agreement products that are tiered to fit the needs of our customers.

Standard: A one year Maintenance Plan offered by Code Plus Mechanical that entitles our customer to 2 system inspections at a discounted rate of $199 per year. We thoroughly inspect all major system components to ensure everything is operating at peak performance. This Maintenance Plan includes a 5% discount on parts and labor for any repairs or services if your system is not already under a parts and labor warranty.

Premium: A one year Maintenance Plan offered by Code Plus Mechanical that includes everything in our Standard Maintenance Plan plus a detailed system maintenance at a discounted rate of $428 per year. Our detailed system maintenance includes  a conventional cleaning of system components and coils (if reasonably accessible). This Maintenance Plan includes a 7% discount on parts and labor for any repairs or services if your system is not already under a parts and labor warranty.

Agreement Details

• Pricing is based on 1 residential system, additional systems are subject to multiple system pricing.
• Inaccessible equipment, (i.e. attic equipment), may incur additional equipment location fee.
• Prices may vary based on customer location.
• Duct cleaning is not included in the maintenance agreements listed above.
• Parts and repairs are not included in the agreement.
• Agreements are 1 year  periods, and are paid annually.
• Agreements are available on all residential or multi family housing owned by the customer.
